Baildon at Christmas

About

Baildon is set to kick off its festive season with its ‘Baildon at Christmas’ event on December 1st. The village will come alive with a variety of seasonal stalls, delicious food, and lively music throughout the day in different spots around the village centre.

You can visit St John's Church (11:00-16:00), Baildon Methodist Church (11:00-16:00), Baildon Moravian Church (12:00-16:30), and The Bulls Head (12:00-16:30), where you'll find an array of craft and gift stalls, along with delightful musical performances.

St John’s Church Hall will welcome a special visit from Santa Claus, featuring stalls on both levels and festive treats. Later in the afternoon, there will be a Christingle service for children at St John’s, followed by the exciting moment when the village Christmas lights are turned on at 17:15.

This year, special guest, James Hooton, known for his role as Sam Dingle in Emmerdale, will help switch on the Baildon Christmas tree!

And don’t forget to check out the Christmas Tree Festival at St John's, which begins on Saturday, November 30th, and continues on December 1st, 7th, 8th, 14th, and 15th.
