Walk Waypoints

1. 1 Begin the walk at Stanbury bus terminus.
2. 2 Take the side road onto Back Lane.
3. 3 Continue straight on at the junction.
4. 4 When the path splits again take the right hand track to the gate and cattle grid.
5. 5 Continue to follow the track for some distance until you reach Top Withens.
6. 6 Pass Top Withens and take a right turn along a path down across the moors
7. 7 Follow this track to reach the Delf Hill trig point.
8. 8 Take the path to the right.
9. 9 Follow the path past some grouse butts.
10. 10 When the path divides take the left hand route towards Ponden Reservoir.
11. 11 Join the farm road and follow it towards the Pennine Way and turn right.
12. 12 Follow the road round the end of the reservoir.
13. 13 Take a right turn onto a footpath.
14. 14 Rejoin the Pennine Way and follow the road going straight until you return to Back Lane and retrace your steps to the start of the walk.
