​​​​World Tai Chi & Qi Gong Day

What fabulous chance to try Tai Chi a cultural exercise steeped in history and enjoy the wonderful experience of outdoor Tai Chi practice. Especially during Bradford 2025 city of culture year at Cliffe Castle Park Keighley.

This one hour community session is free to enjoy, everyone welcome.

We will make our way to several beautiful areas of the park to enjoy and engage with our natural surroundings whilst learning some easy to learn Qi gong breathing exercises and Tai Chi moving meditational sequences.

Please wear comfortable clothing appropriate for the weather on the day and flat shoes/trainers suitable for walking on grass. You may need a bottle of water.

Suitable for beginners or those who would like to Try Tai Chi.

Join Val Preston at 11am outside the Museum entrance.
