About
A series of 15 plaques mark the route of Bradford Beck as it flows hidden beneath the city centre. They were installed by the Friends of Bradford's Becks as a reminder that the river which was so important to the development of Bradford is still here, flowing beneath our feet. Look out for the dark slate-coloured paving stones. Each bears two lines of a poem, the sponsor’s name and an arrow showing the direction of the Beck's flow.
