Walk Waypoints

1. 1 Begin the walk outside the Visitor Information Centre at the library.
2. 2 Turn left and follow the B6382.
3. 3 Turn right and walk down Brook Street.
4. 4 Continue down the road and turn left once you have passed the church.
5. 5 Follow the path past the church and Ilkley Manor house down into the Riverside Gardens.
6. 6 Bear left and walk towards and then along the riverbank.
7. 7 Turn right once you reach the bridge and cross the river.
8. 8 Once across the bridge turn left and follow the footpath along the riverbank.
9. 9 Cross the grass onto Nesfield Road and turn right.
10. 10 Continue on and turn right onto Langbar Road.
11. 11 Continue on until you can take a footpath to your right leading you back to the riverbank.
12. 12 Follow the path for some distance until in joins Denton road and take a right turn.
13. 13 Take another right across the suspension bridge.
14. 14 Turn right and follow the path along the river and past the cemetery.
15. 15 Follow the footpath for some distance until you pass the allotments on your left and then turn left.
16. 16 Cross Castle Road and head up Weston Road.
17. 17 Head left along the A65 and then cross the road to take a right turn onto Nile Road.
18. 18 Continue along the road until you reach the junction with Railway Road and turn right.
19. 19 Follow the road and then turn left onto Brook Street.
20. 20 Turn left onto the B6382 and follow the road until you reach the Visitor Information Centre where the walk began.
