A woman painting

About

Extraordinary Portraits with Bill Bailey invites artists to create breathtaking portraits of people with incredible personal stories, creating a powerful picture of modern Britain.

We’re delighted to be presenting an exhibition of portraits from the BBC One show for the first time in Bradford – and admission is free.

Presented in partnership with the BBC and Chatterbox Media, Extraordinary Portraits with Bill Bailey is the opening event for Loading Bay, our new venue in the heart of Bradford. We’re transforming an old storage depot into a buzzing culture hub for Bradford 2025, with exhibitions, gigs, theatre and much more taking place here during the year. See you there.
