Halloween Hyacinths and the Case of the Cheeky Boggart

A brilliant event led by the wonderful Museum Volunteer Team. Take part in storytelling in Bolling Hall Library, Halloween Hyacinth bulb planting with a chance to decorate your own pots to take home – spooky styles encouraged.

Fairies Wardrobe will join us to face paint your little witches and warlocks. We will also be joined by our favourite magical book characters so be sure to grab a selfie!  And look out for thegarden gazebo of magic.

It’s all finished off with a pop-up coffee shop in the Hall’s cold kitchen (it’s not that cold we promise)

Some elements are charged. No booking required, just drop-in.

The Cheeky Boggart has hidden everyday objects in historic Bolling Hall. See if you can find them all and reveal the mystery word. While you’re at the Halloween Hyacinths event – take part in fun family trail – spot the clues and work out what the Cheeky Boggart has been up to!

This is an event that is part of the Family Learning Festival.
