Drumming Circle

About

A drum circle is a collaborative and inclusive musical experience that welcomes people of all ages and skill levels.

Please join Laura Krewitz for a fun filled, facilitated drum circle. No musical experience necessary, there are no wrong notes or mistakes. Everyone is born with a heart beat, our own internal rhythm. We all can add something to the drum circle rhythm.

The experience will offer you a feeling of being connected, health and wellbeing, release and renergise, and a feeling of empowerment, lifting your spirit.

Other drumming benefits are:

Improves co-ordination and self confidence, lowers blood pressure, boosts the immune system, helps with stress, anxiety and depression, releases endorphins, help connect neurological pathways.

Drums and percussion instruments are provided. Djembe, frame drums, shakers, scrapers, bells, claves.

This is not a drum lesson!
Just turn up, have a go, have fun and drum!
