About

A special opportunity to see Sue Wickison’s stunning botanical illustrations in this exhibition of 31 paintings of plants mentioned in the Holy Qur’an. 

First showcased at the Royal Botanical Gardens in Kew and now on display at Cartwright Hall, this exhibition is the culmination of a research project lasting several years, undertaken by Kew scientist, Dr Shahina Ghazanfar, in collaboration with renowned scientific artist, Sue Wickison. 

Join Dr Shahina Ghazanfar and Sue Wickison in conversation on Saturday 29 June as part of Bradford Literature Festival, as they discuss the beautiful book that accompanies this exhibition.
