Spectacular Season of Music at Keighley’s Cliffe Castle Museum

Cliffe Castle Museum is kicking off a spectacular year of art and culture with a 'Season of Music' running from January to April 2025. This four-month long programme features a vibrant mix of musical concerts, family-friendly activities, talks, and interactive events—all set in the magnificent surroundings of Cliffe Castle Museum.

Launch Event: Opera North's Little Listeners: Cinderella

Opera North kicks off the season with an enchanting family performance of Cinderella as part of their Little Listeners series. This interactive, relaxed concert invites children and families to sing, move, and engage with professional opera singers and musicians in an accessible, fun atmosphere.

Every month, enjoy live music performances at Cliffe Castle Museum. From brass bands to accordion ensembles, there’s something for everyone. Highlights include:

Sunday 16 March at 14:00: Minster Mintrels, and cabaret from Lucienne Deville

Sunday 13 April at 14:00: Bradford Accordion Band

Museums for Play and Growth (Every fourth Thursday of the month) are FREE drop-in sessions for children 0–5 years old inspired by “50 Things to Do Before You’re Five”

Highlights: Musical Heritage Talks & Tours

Explore the rich musical history of Cliffe Castle, including the Butterfield family’s connection to music, with talks and guided tours led by the museum's Community Curator, Heather. (Free, check the Bradford Museum's website for booking details.)
