About

Everyone is invited to join WOW for a night of optimism, determination and laughter.

Join WOW - Women of the World’s Founder and acclaimed theatre director Jude Kelly for a joy-packed evening of optimism, determination and laughter as we explore our often exasperating and confusing journey towards gender equality.

There'll be big ideas, special guests, local heroes of Bradford and tales of incredible women and non-binary people you may never even have heard of before, but who you'll never forget! It'll be an interactive evening of crowd sourced ideas and actions, as together, we discuss rage and celebrate your burning issues and ideas on everything from money to sex, housing to public transport and bringing up boys to ageing. Plus, watch this space to find out how you nominate local heroes and topics for the stage.

Expect personal anecdotes, a whistle stop look at the state of play for feminism in your local town and across the world, surprising stories and lots of fun.

This is a celebratory tour in the run up to WOW - Women of the World's 15th anniversary in 2025, so come and be part of making history with us.

Grab your friends and family - it's an evening for everyone. If you are a women or you know a woman, please show up!
