Bradford Fairtrade Zone invites you on a 9km Thornton to Bradford walk to celebrate WORLD FAIR TRADE DAY.
The route is Walk 9 from the 'Bradford District FairTrade Way' – a scenic, circular, walking route linking all the Fairtrade villages and towns in the
district.
Distance: 5.5 miles / 9 km
Difficulty: A hard walk with some climbs, muddy sections, rough tracks and uneven pavements. There may be livestock in fields. Not suitable for disabled access.
What to bring: packed lunch, snacks, drinks. Suitable outdoor clothing and waterproofs. Strong footwear is essential. No dogs.
Start point: Kipping Gardens, Thornton, at the corner of Kipping Lane and Thornton Road.
Finish point: City Hall, Centenary Square, Bradford.
