Boathouse Inn Entry

About

Wonderfully situated on the banks of the River Aire in picturesque Saltaire, the original boathouse was built in 1871. It was later converted into a pub, but by early in the new millennium the building was abandoned and derelict. The present owners undertook a complete refurbishment in 2009, retaining the historical exterior features but transforming the interior into a beautifully designed and comfortable modern inn.

The Boathouse Inn offers well-kept traditional cask ales (with guest ales) alongside imported beers and lagers, an intelligent selection of wines available by the glass, carafe or bottle, as well as a good range of coffees and hot drinks. We pride ourselves on our carefully prepared, simple grown-up food: from snacks and sandwiches to a full three-course menu of pub...Read More

About

Wonderfully situated on the banks of the River Aire in picturesque Saltaire, the original boathouse was built in 1871. The Boathouse Inn offers well-kept traditional cask ales (with guest ales) alongside imported beers and lagers, an intelligent selection of wines available by the glass, carafe or bottle, as well as a good range of coffees and hot drinks. The Boathouse is the perfect place to meet friends and socialise, enjoy some restorative food and drink after a good walk, or simply relax and watch the river flow by. We look forward to welcoming you.
